In June 2015 we were engaged by David Ritchie Ltd to carry out a refurbishment of their newly purchased production facility. Through competitive tender we secured the contract to carry out the refurbishment of their new West Midland production facility which included

• Soft strip and internal demolitions.
• Reinstatement of floor pits and new floors
• Removal of contaminated liquids and oils
• Service yard replacement
• Building modifications and improvements

The new production facility allows David Ritchie to relocate their existing engineering and manufacturing operations, bring in new processes, manufacture a wider range of metal products, improved logistics, extended product storage and a new visitors centre. The project was completed to programme and budget
